The Saltash Irregulars meet on Wednesday evenings at 7.30pm at Burraton Methodist Church, Janeva Court on Liskeard Road, in Saltash on the Cornish side of the Tamar. Despite the playful name, the meeting is a reliable fixture, running a full hour and a half every week. It is an open meeting, so anyone is welcome: people with a desire to stop drinking, family members, friends and professionals alike. There is a car park at the rear of the church, which takes the stress out of arriving. Ninety minutes allows for unhurried sharing, and newcomers can simply listen if they prefer. As with every AA meeting there is no charge and no booking; just come along before 7.30pm.
