Each Wednesday at 7.30pm, Dalton Parish Hall in Rotherham opens its doors for a Gamblers Anonymous meeting. Anyone can come along, whether that's someone with a desire to stop gambling or a relative, partner or friend who wants to learn more. It lasts two hours in total. As with all Gamblers Anonymous meetings, it is organised and run by members themselves, independent of any outside professional input. Just arrive a little before the start time; there's no fee and no booking system. New faces are welcome at every session. You don't need to give a reason for coming, or say anything at all if you'd rather just listen.
