About this meeting

Every Monday at 7pm, Recovery Warriors Step Meeting brings members of Narcotics Anonymous together in Newcastle-under-Lyme, at Newcastle Christian Fellowship Church. The format centres on working through the Twelve Steps. Narcotics Anonymous's sole membership requirement applies here too: a desire to stop using drugs. Narcotics Anonymous is a worldwide fellowship of people who share their experience with one another in order to recover from addiction. It is free to attend and there is no need to register beforehand, in keeping with how NA meetings are run right across the country. It follows the usual NA format of members sharing their own experience with one another, rather than receiving formal treatment or counselling.

Common questions

Do I have to have been clean for a while to attend?

No. People attend at every stage of recovery, including on their very first day, as long as they have a desire to stop using drugs.

Do I need to book a place?

No booking is needed and there is no charge. Just come along a few minutes before 7pm on the Monday.

What format does the meeting follow?

Recovery Warriors Step Meeting is a step meeting, so members share on working through the Twelve Steps.
