Venue Info: Use Rear Entrance Bus Routes: 9, 9a, E1, E2
The Recovery Is Possible group meets every Thursday evening in the Main Room at the Henry Cook Centre on South Street, Gosport, close to Lee-on-the-Solent. Doors open for a 6pm start and the meeting runs for around an hour and fifteen minutes. When you arrive, use the rear entrance to reach the room. The format varies week to week and includes speaker and share meetings, so you'll hear members talk openly about their experience of Narcotics Anonymous and how the fellowship works day to day. This is an open meeting, so anyone is welcome. The venue has parking available, and bus routes 9, 9a, E1 and E2 serve the area if you're travelling in without a car.
Who can come to this meeting?
This is an open Narcotics Anonymous meeting, so everyone is welcome, including family, friends and professionals as well as anyone with a desire to stop using drugs. If you're new, you can simply turn up, sit in and listen for as long as you like.
Do I need to book or pay anything?
No. There's no booking and no charge to attend. NA is self-supporting through members' own contributions, so a small voluntary donation is passed round to cover costs like room hire, but you never have to give anything, especially on a first visit.
How do I get in and is there parking?
Use the rear entrance of the Henry Cook Centre to reach the Main Room. Parking is available at the venue, and buses 9, 9a, E1 and E2 stop nearby. The venue is wheelchair accessible.
