About this meeting
Queens Park Saturday morning, formerly known as the Govanhill Saturday meeting, now takes place at 10am at Queens Park Baptist Church, in the Camphill Building on Balvicar Drive, Glasgow. It remains an Al-Anon Family Groups meeting for people affected by someone else's drinking, including partners, parents, adult children and friends, rather than for the drinker. As an open meeting, anyone with an interest, including a newcomer, is welcome without needing to contact the group beforehand. The meeting runs for an hour and a half. There is nothing to pay and no need to book; anyone who previously attended in Govanhill can now find the same group here under its new name.
