Prescot

Al-Anon Prescot meets every Wednesday at 7.30pm at Prescot Methodist Church Hall on Atherton Street. The group welcomes anyone whose life is or has been affected by someone else's drinking, including partners, parents, adult children and friends, whether the drinking is ongoing or in the past. It's an open meeting, so there's no need for any introduction, referral or previous experience of Al-Anon or Alcoholics Anonymous to attend. Members share their own experience of coping with someone else's drinking, offering one another understanding and practical support rather than advice directed at the drinker. Anyone in the Prescot or wider Merseyside area looking for a confidential space to talk is welcome to come along.
