Peterlee

The Peterlee group meets every Tuesday at 7pm at The Ark on Sunderland Road in Horden, just outside Peterlee on the east Durham coast. This is a closed meeting, which in AA terms simply means it is kept for people who have a desire to stop drinking, or who think they might; it has nothing to do with the doors being shut, and newcomers are exactly who it is for. Keeping the room to members gives people the space to talk honestly among others who understand. The meeting lasts an hour, finishing at 8pm. There is no charge and nothing to sign up for, so arrive a few minutes early and you will be welcomed in.
