Brookside Methodist Church in Peterborough hosts a Gamblers Anonymous meeting every Tuesday at 7.30pm. It is an open meeting, so anyone can attend, including people with a desire to stop gambling as well as family, friends and anyone else affected by someone else's gambling. The meeting typically runs for two and a half hours. It operates on the same peer-support basis as the wider Gamblers Anonymous fellowship, with members supporting one another rather than a professional running the room. No booking is needed, and, like all Gamblers Anonymous meetings, it is free. Whether it's your first meeting or your fiftieth, you'll be welcome.
