Padiham I Am Responsible

Padiham I Am Responsible is an Alcoholics Anonymous meeting held on Wednesday evenings at 7.30pm at Nazareth Unitarian Chapel, 93 Church Street, in Padiham near Burnley. The meeting runs for an hour and a half and takes its name from AA's responsibility declaration, a commitment that the hand of AA should always be there when anyone reaches out. It is a closed meeting, which means it is for people who have a desire to stop drinking; newcomers count, however uncertain they feel. Those wanting to support someone else are pointed to the area's open meetings. The chapel is listed as wheelchair accessible. There is nothing to pay and nothing to book.
