About this meeting
On 45-51 George Street, George Street Social hosts a Gamblers Anonymous meeting each Monday at 7pm. It is an open meeting, so anyone can attend, including people with a desire to stop gambling as well as family, friends and anyone else affected by someone else's gambling. The meeting typically runs for an hour and a half. It operates on the same peer-support basis as the wider Gamblers Anonymous fellowship, with members supporting one another rather than a professional running the room. Wheelchair access is not available at this building. No booking is needed, and, like all Gamblers Anonymous meetings, it is free. Whether it's your first meeting or your fiftieth, you'll be welcome.
