Newcastle Brunswick Living Sober

Newcastle Brunswick Living Sober meets on Saturday afternoons at 2pm in Brunswick Methodist Church on Brunswick Place, and lasts about an hour. Drawing on the Living Sober book, the group discusses practical ways of coping with a desire to stop drinking in everyday situations. This is a members' meeting, kept for people with that desire rather than open to the wider public, and is a separate session from the 11am Twelve Steps and Twelve Traditions meeting held at the same church. The building is wheelchair accessible. There is no charge to attend and no need to book a place in advance, so those who qualify can simply arrive shortly before 2pm.
