About this meeting
NEW CoDA Neurodivergent is a recently added meeting, held online every Monday at 7pm, UK and Ireland time, for about an hour and a half. It is shaped with neurodivergent members in mind, giving space to talk about codependency alongside experiences of being autistic, ADHD, or otherwise neurodivergent. Co-Dependents Anonymous is built around working through patterns of codependency using shared experience and the twelve steps, and this group brings that focus together with a neurodivergent perspective. It is an open meeting, so anyone recognising codependent patterns in themselves is welcome, neurodivergent or not, alongside anyone wanting to understand more about the fellowship. There is no cost to attend and nothing to book beforehand.
