Monkstown First Group

Monkstown First Group meets on Monday lunchtimes at 1pm in DEC Church on Glenageary Road Lower, Dun Laoghaire. This is a closed Alcoholics Anonymous meeting, held for people who identify with a desire to stop drinking, and there is no further requirement for attending beyond that shared aim. As with every AA meeting, there is no charge and no need to book a place beforehand, so people can simply arrive ahead of the 1pm start. The lunchtime slot suits people fitting a meeting around work, and it is followed later the same day by a second meeting run by the same group at the same venue. Wheelchair access at DEC Church has not been confirmed, so anyone with mobility needs should check with the group in advance of a visit.
