Millport Afternoon

Millport Afternoon is a closed Alcoholics Anonymous meeting held every Thursday at 2pm at the Drop in Centre, Garrison House, on College Street in Millport, Isle of Cumbrae. This is a closed meeting, kept for people who have a desire to stop drinking rather than family, friends or professionals attending in a supporting role. The afternoon slot works well for islanders on Cumbrae who prefer a daytime meeting rather than travelling for an evening one. No booking or payment is needed. Turning up shortly before the start time is all that is required. The venue is wheelchair accessible, so members and newcomers using a wheelchair should be able to attend without difficulty over the course of the meeting.
