Middlesborough There Is A Solution

There Is A Solution takes its name from a chapter of AA's Big Book and meets on Saturday evenings at 7pm at Whale Hill Community Centre on Birchington Avenue, on the eastern side of the Middlesbrough area. The meeting lasts an hour and is closed, which in AA language means it is kept for people who have, or believe they may have, a desire to stop drinking; anyone in that position is welcome to walk straight in, with no referral or booking needed, and there is never a charge. Saturday night can be a hard night to stay sober, and a regular fixture like this gives people somewhere purposeful to be. The community centre is wheelchair accessible.
