Maryport's Sunday AA meeting meets at 7.30pm in the hall at Our Lady & St Patrick Church on Kirkby Street. It is a closed meeting, so it is for AA members, people with a desire to stop drinking, rather than family, friends or professionals looking to observe. Sunday evening slots like this one are often valued by members as a way to close out the weekend on steady ground, particularly after a couple of days without the usual weekday structure. The church hall is wheelchair accessible, though there is no attendance chit system currently running here. As with all AA meetings, there is no charge and no need to give notice before attending.
