About this meeting

The Lurgan NA Group meets every Saturday evening at 6.30pm in the Church of the Nazarene on Mourne Road, Lurgan, in the Craigavon area of Co. Armagh. This is a literature study group, so most weeks you'll work through NA reading together and share around it. The last Saturday of each month switches to a Speaker Discussion format, where a member shares their experience before the group opens up. Meetings run for an hour. One thing worth knowing before you arrive: the venue and the surrounding church grounds are strictly no smoking or vaping, and members are asked to respect that throughout. If Saturday evenings suit you, this is a steady, text-focused meeting that gives newcomers a clear way in through the literature.

Can anyone attend this meeting?

This is a closed meeting, meaning it is for people who have a desire to stop using drugs. If that describes you, you are welcome. Closed simply refers to who attends, not whether the doors are open.

Do I need to book or pay?

No. There is no booking and no charge. Just turn up before 6.30pm on Saturday. NA is self-supporting through members' own contributions, so a small voluntary collection is passed round, but you never have to give anything.

Is smoking allowed at the venue?

No. Both the venue and the church grounds are strictly no smoking and no vaping. Members are asked to respect the church's wishes for the full time they are on site.
