About this meeting

Lowestoft's Thursday lunchtime AA meeting starts at 12 noon at London Road Baptist Church on Kirkley Park Road, in the Kirkley area south of the town centre, and lasts an hour. It is a closed meeting, which in AA terms means it is for people who have a desire to stop drinking; you do not need to be a member, and first-timers are welcome, but relatives and friends should choose one of the town's open meetings, such as the Friday or Monday evening groups. A midday meeting can be a lifeline if evenings are hard to manage or hard to face. It is free, with no booking or referral needed. Wheelchair access has not been confirmed for this venue.
