Lower Gardiner Street Wednesday

Dublin 1 hosts a weekly Al-Anon Family Groups meeting on Wednesdays at 11am, based at Teach Mhuire on Lower Gardiner Street. The fellowship is for people who have lived with someone else's drinking - a partner, a parent, a child, a friend - and gives them a place that is about their own experience, not the drinker's, however that drinking has affected them. The meeting is open, meaning anyone can come along, including first-timers, professionals working in the field, and people who simply want to learn more about how Al-Anon works. Expect the meeting to run for roughly an hour; there is no register, no fee and no need to contact anyone first before coming along.
