Lower Gardiner Street Saturday B

This is Group B of the two Al-Anon Family Groups meetings that run alongside each other at 38/39 Gardiner Street on Saturday mornings, starting at 11am and lasting about an hour. Al-Anon is for anyone whose life has been affected by someone else's drinking, whether as a partner, parent, adult child, sibling or friend, and the meeting focuses on the person attending rather than on the one who drinks. As an open meeting, newcomers, visitors and professionals are all welcome, and there is no need to have attended before. Because Group A meets in the same building at the same time, anyone new should ask at the door which room Group B is using, rather than assuming there is only one meeting happening.
