London Westway Wednesday Group

London Westway Wednesday Group meets every Wednesday at 6pm in the upstairs room at The Tabernacle on Powis Square. It's an open Overeaters Anonymous meeting, welcoming people with a desire to stop eating compulsively alongside family, friends and anyone wanting to understand the fellowship better. Conducted in English, the meeting follows OA's usual format of shared experience and discussion rooted in the Twelve Steps and Twelve Traditions, run entirely by members with no charge to attend. There's no need to book ahead; you can simply make your way up to the upstairs room at The Tabernacle a little before 6pm. As the meeting is upstairs, it's worth bearing in mind if stairs are a difficulty, since step-free access has not been confirmed. The venue is in the W11 postcode area.
