Soho hosts a face-to-face Adult Children of Alcoholics meeting every Monday at 1pm at 123 Charing Cross Road. ACA is for adults who grew up with alcoholism or other family dysfunction in their childhood home, and members use the Twelve Steps to work through the lasting effects of that upbringing rather than to stop any behaviour today. The meeting is open, so anyone who recognises that experience can attend, including complete newcomers, and there is no requirement to have been before. Sharing is voluntary, so you are welcome simply to listen. It is free, held in person, and there is no need to book a place.
