St Lawrence Church on Westminster Close in Kirkdale also holds a Monday lunchtime meeting, starting at midday and running for around ninety minutes, separate from its Thursday evening group. It is a closed meeting, for people with a desire to stop drinking rather than open to the wider public. The church is wheelchair accessible. No chit system is recorded, and there is no cost or need to book, in keeping with every AA meeting.
