Live @ 5.30 meets on Wednesday evenings in the basement of Lexham House, part of the Steps to Recovery rehab building on St Charles Square in Ladbroke Grove. The hour-long session starts promptly at 5.30pm and is reached via the basement door to the right of the main steps. It follows a share meeting format built around experience, strength and hope, and children are not able to attend. As an open meeting, it welcomes not only those with a desire to stop using but also family, friends and anyone with an interest in recovery. The early evening slot makes it a convenient midweek option for members in Kensington and Chelsea looking to fit a meeting around work.
