Lisduggan Monday Morning

The Lisduggan Monday Morning group meets at 11.30am each week at the Lisduggan Meeting Place on Church Road, running for about an hour and a half. Al-Anon Family Groups is for anyone whose life has been affected by someone else's drinking, whether as a partner, parent, adult child, sibling or friend, and the meeting keeps its focus on the person attending rather than on the one who drinks. As an open meeting, newcomers, visitors and professionals are welcome alongside regular members, with no requirement to already identify as Al-Anon, and no one is pressed to speak. Lisduggan sits within the Waterford area, and the late-morning Monday slot suits people easing into the week with some structured, supportive time rather than starting first thing.
