Thursday evenings bring another closed Alcoholics Anonymous meeting to 23 Railway Street, Lisburn, Co. Antrim, starting at 7.30pm. As with the other meetings held at this address during the week, it is intended for people who have a desire to stop drinking, and anyone who fits that description is welcome to attend, whatever stage of recovery they are at. No fee is charged and there is no need to book ahead; those coming along simply arrive a little before the start time. The meeting gives people in the Lisburn area a mid-week evening option alongside the Monday, Tuesday and weekend sessions at the same venue.
