About this meeting

The Salesians meeting takes place on Thursday evenings at 8.30pm in Our Lady Of The Rosary Parish Centre on North Circular Road in Limerick City. It is a closed meeting, for people with a desire to stop drinking, in keeping with AA's usual practice rather than being open to the general public. The parish centre setting is a common choice for AA groups across the city, offering a neutral space away from any particular fellowship's own premises. Members share their own experience of drink and recovery in the usual informal way, without professional guidance. There is no cost to attend and no need to book ahead, with the meeting relying entirely on voluntary contributions from those who take part each week.
