Lewisham Newcomers

Lewisham Newcomers meets every Thursday at 6pm in the Cgl Building on Lewisham High Street, a short walk from the town centre. True to its name, the meeting is aimed at people who are new to Alcoholics Anonymous, though anyone with a desire to stop drinking is welcome regardless of how long they have been attending. It is an open meeting, so friends, family and professionals with an interest in recovery can also come along and observe. The session lasts around an hour and the venue is wheelchair accessible. Chits are available for anyone who needs a signed slip to confirm attendance for court, probation or treatment purposes.
