Letterkenny New Beginnings Group

The New Beginnings Group runs a closed Alcoholics Anonymous meeting on Sunday evenings at 7.30pm at the Pastoral Centre on Monastery Avenue, off Cathedral Square in Letterkenny, Co. Donegal. The session follows a Tradition format, working through AA's Twelve Traditions rather than the steps or Big Book, which gives regular attendees a different focus from some of the town's other meetings. Attendance is for people who have a desire to stop drinking, so it is not an open meeting for family members or visiting professionals. The same group also runs sessions online during the week, arranged separately from this Sunday meeting, for anyone who cannot get to the Pastoral Centre in person. There is no cost and no booking needed. Anyone considering their first meeting is welcome to arrive shortly before 7.30pm on Sunday.
