Leeds Face-to-Face

The Leeds Face-to-Face meeting is held every Friday at 7pm at 5ways Recovery Academy on Westfield Road, in the Woodhouse area of the city. As an Adult Children of Alcoholics meeting, it is for adults who grew up with a parent's drinking or with other family dysfunction, and the emphasis throughout is on healing from childhood rather than on changing a present-day habit. Because the meeting is open, friends, partners and professionals are just as welcome as those who identify with growing up in that kind of home. It costs nothing to attend and there's nothing to book ahead of time - newcomers can simply turn up and join the group.
