Kippax Step Multi-Mtg runs on Wednesday evenings at half past seven at Mount Pleasant Gardens Community Centre on Mount Pleasant, lasting an hour. It is an open meeting, so anyone can attend, including family, friends and professionals alongside people with a desire to stop drinking, and its multi-meeting format allows the group to move through the twelve steps over a series of sessions rather than one topic at a time. The community centre is wheelchair accessible, and a chit system is available for anyone needing attendance confirmed for court, probation or treatment. Kippax sits on the eastern edge of Leeds, and this Wednesday session is one of two step meetings held here each week.
