Getting there
About this meeting
KA Monday Night is Ketamine Anonymous UK's online meeting, held every Monday from 7pm to 8pm UK time. It is a good first step for anyone who is not near one of KA's in-person groups, or who would rather start from home. The meeting follows the usual twelve-step format, with members sharing their experience of stopping ketamine, and cameras and speaking are optional. KA UK publishes the joining details on its own meetings page, linked from this listing.
Common questions
How do I join?
Use the joining details on KA UK's Find a Meeting page (Online Meetings tab). We link to the fellowship's page rather than reposting meeting IDs or passcodes.
Who can go to a Ketamine Anonymous meeting?
KA says the only requirement for membership is a desire to stop using ketamine and other mind-altering substances. This meeting is listed as open, so family, friends and professionals are welcome too.
Does it cost anything or need booking?
No. There are no fees, no booking and no referral. Groups are self-supporting through voluntary contributions from members, and nobody is asked to pay.

Going to your first meeting?
Walking into a room for the first time is the hardest step. Our free tools, worksheets and reading can help you prepare, at no cost. If the cost of a written guide is ever a barrier, gifted copies are available through Pay It Forward.
