This is a Just For Today Meeting
The Just For Today group meets every Saturday morning at Highbury Congregational Church on Priory Walk in central Cheltenham. Doors are open from 10:30 for an hour, giving you a settled start to the weekend among people who understand what it takes to stay clean one day at a time. This is a Narcotics Anonymous meeting, and it's open, so alongside NA members you'll find family, friends and anyone curious about how the fellowship works. Children are welcome, which makes it a practical option if you can't arrange care, and parking is available at the venue. The room has wheelchair access. If it's your first time, there's no need to say much until you're ready to. Just arrive and find a seat.
Can I come if I've never been to NA before?
Yes. This is an open meeting, so newcomers are welcome, as are family, friends and anyone wanting to understand Narcotics Anonymous. The only requirement for NA membership is a desire to stop using drugs. You don't have to speak, and you can simply listen.
Is there a charge or do I need to book?
No. The meeting is free and there's no booking. Just turn up before 10:30 on Saturday. NA is self-supporting through members' own contributions, so a basket is passed round, but giving anything is entirely optional.
Is the venue accessible and can I bring my children?
The room at Highbury Congregational Church has wheelchair access, and parking is available at the venue. Children are welcome at this meeting, so it works well if you can't arrange childcare.
