ITAA Edinburgh meets on Wednesday evenings at 7pm at St Catherine's Convent of Mercy on Lauriston Gardens, though it's worth confirming the meeting is running before setting off, as it can occasionally be affected by venue availability. Internet and Technology Addicts Anonymous is a fellowship for people with a desire to stop compulsive internet and technology use, working through shared experience and the Twelve Steps. The meeting is open, so anyone with an interest is welcome to attend alongside members, including family, friends or professionals. It runs for an hour, giving space for both structured sharing and open discussion. There's no cost to attend and no need to book a place, beyond checking the meeting is going ahead.
