Islington 1-2-3 Newcomer & Beginners

The 1-2-3 Newcomer & Beginners meeting is aimed squarely at people who are new to Alcoholics Anonymous, meeting every Wednesday at 6pm at the Baptist Church on Cross Street in Islington. It is an open meeting, so alongside those with a desire to stop drinking, family members and friends are welcome to attend and learn more about the fellowship. The hour-long format is kept simple, in line with the meeting's focus on the basics of the first three steps. The church is wheelchair accessible and the group operates a chit system for anyone needing a signed record of attendance. Attendance is free and there is no need to book a place, newcomers can simply come along to Cross Street for 6pm.
