Inverness Thursday

Every Thursday at 7pm, Al-Anon members and newcomers meet in Inverness at the chapel at the Royal Northern Infirmary on Ness Walk. Al-Anon Family Groups are for people affected by someone else's drinking, whether that's a partner, parent, adult child or friend. The meeting runs for about an hour and a half. The meeting is open, meaning newcomers, visitors and anyone curious about Al-Anon can attend alongside regular members, so there is no need to have attended before or to know anything about the fellowship in advance. People typically talk about how someone else's drinking has affected their own life, and how they are learning to look after themselves.
