In This Moment is a Co-Dependents Anonymous meeting held online every Tuesday at 7.30pm, UK and Ireland time, for about an hour and a half. It is the same group formerly known as Hinde Street, now running under a new name. Co-Dependents Anonymous membership asks only one thing: a desire for healthy and loving relationships, and the meeting works through patterns of codependency using shared experience and the twelve steps. It is an open meeting, so anyone is welcome, whether they identify as codependent themselves, are supporting a friend or family member, or simply want to learn more about the fellowship. There is no cost to attend and nothing to book beforehand.
