Ilford Seven Kings is a Lithuanian-speaking Alcoholics Anonymous meeting held on Saturdays at 3pm at 326 High Road in Ilford, as its full title notes. Conducted in Lithuanian, it gives Lithuanian-speaking members in and around Ilford the chance to share and be understood in their first language, something an English-language meeting cannot always offer.
