Hq Business Centre Thursday Group

The Thursday Group is an Overeaters Anonymous meeting, held at half past six in the evening at HQ Business Centre on Union Street, in the Stonehouse area of Plymouth. It's a closed meeting, conducted in English, and intended for OA members with a desire to stop eating compulsively, rather than being open to the wider public. Overeaters Anonymous follows the same twelve-step approach used across other recovery fellowships, applied specifically to compulsive eating, and this group meets weekly on Thursday evenings in Stonehouse. There's no cost to attend and nothing that needs to be booked in advance, in keeping with all OA meetings; members can simply arrive at HQ Business Centre a little before half past six.
