Hq Business Centre Thursday Group

Overeaters Anonymous meets every Thursday evening at 18:30 at the HQ Business Centre on Union Street in Stonehouse, Plymouth. This is a hybrid group, so you can join in person or dial in by phone or Zoom. For physical access to the building, text or call the contact beforehand, as the entrance isn't open to walk-ins. If you're joining online, the Zoom room opens at 18:15 to give everyone time to settle. OA welcomes anyone with a desire to stop eating compulsively, and there's no need to have things figured out before you come. Members share their own experience of recovery around food using the twelve-step approach. This is a members' meeting, for people who want to stop eating compulsively themselves rather than observers.
