Horncastle Hopeless To Hopeful is a Step meeting held every Tuesday at 8pm on Boston Road in Horncastle, running for around an hour and fifteen minutes, with the room open from 7.30pm for informal unity time beforehand. Step meetings focus on one of the Twelve Steps in turn, giving members a chance to work through the programme in sequence rather than sharing on an open topic. This is a members' meeting, for those with a desire to stop using cocaine and other mind-altering substances, rather than a meeting for the general public.
