Every Thursday at 7.15pm UK and Ireland time, Hope and Self Knowing opens online for Co-Dependents Anonymous fellowship. It runs for an hour and a half. Previously the High Street Kensington meeting, it continues under its new name, Hope and Self Knowing, now held online rather than in person. The wider Co-Dependents Anonymous fellowship centres on relationship patterns rather than on a specific substance or behaviour. Anyone can attend, as it's an open meeting. Co-Dependents Anonymous membership itself asks only for a desire for healthy and loving relationships, and newcomers or visitors are welcome without needing to decide on membership first.
