Holborn Traits Workbook Study Group

The Vestry Hall at St George's Church hosts the Holborn Traits Workbook Study Group, an Adult Children of Alcoholics meeting held every Tuesday at 3pm, working through the ACA Traits workbook together. ACA is for adults who grew up with alcoholism or other family dysfunction in their childhood home, and this study format helps members examine how those childhood traits still show up in adult life. The meeting is open, so anyone who identifies with that experience is welcome, including newcomers who have never used the workbook before. Sharing is voluntary. It is free, with no need to book a place.
