Henley Thursday

Henley-on-Thames' Al-Anon Family Groups meeting is held every Thursday at 8pm at the Christchurch Centre on Reading Road. Al-Anon is for anyone whose life is or has been affected by someone else's drinking, including partners, parents, adult children and friends, and it does not matter whether that person is still drinking today. As an open meeting, it welcomes newcomers without any need to have attended before, and there is no requirement to bring along the person whose drinking affected you. Lasting an hour and a half, the group gives members time to share their experience. It is free to attend, with no booking needed.
