Hemel Hempstead Lgbtq+ Rainbow Room

Hemel Hempstead LGBTQ+ Rainbow Room meets early on Wednesday evenings, 6.30pm to 7.30pm, at Dens - The Elms on Redbourne Road. It gives LGBTQ+ people in and around Hemel Hempstead a meeting where they can talk about drinking and recovery among peers. This is a closed meeting in AA language, which means it is for people who have a desire to stop drinking rather than for supporters, observers or professionals; the door is very much open to any LGBTQ+ person who is worried about their own drinking, including complete newcomers. Wheelchair access has not been confirmed at this venue. There is nothing to pay and no booking or referral; first names only, and you never have to speak.
