Hayling Island Experience, Strength & Hope

Hayling Island Experience, Strength and Hope meets on Sunday evenings at the United Reformed Church on Hollow Lane, starting at 6.30pm and running for around an hour and fifteen minutes. It is an open meeting, welcoming anyone with an interest in Alcoholics Anonymous, including family and friends, alongside members. The church has wheelchair access, and a newcomer chit is available for those attending for the first time. Taking its name from the classic AA sharing format, the meeting gives people on Hayling Island with a desire to stop drinking a Sunday evening space to hear how others got to AA and what has changed since.
