When entering the venue please do so via the front entrance on Leyton Green
Every Tuesday at 8pm, Harpenden Speaker, formerly known as the Red House meeting, gathers at the Salvation Army Hall on Leyton Green for an hour and a quarter. When you arrive, use the front entrance on Leyton Green. The heart of the evening is a speaker sharing their experience of drinking and recovery, which makes it a gentle introduction if you have never been to AA before, since you can simply sit and listen. The hall is wheelchair accessible, and the meeting is open, so friends, family and professionals are welcome alongside anyone with a desire to stop drinking. It is free, with no booking or referral required; arriving a few minutes early gives you time to find a seat.
