Harold Hill

The Harold Hill Gamblers Anonymous meeting is held on Mondays at 7.30pm at the Betty Strathern Centre on Myrtle Road, in the Romford area, and lasts two hours. It is open to anyone, including people with a desire to stop gambling and those close to them, such as partners, family or friends who want support or a better understanding of what someone else is going through. Meetings draw on the twelve steps, with members sharing their own experience of gambling and recovery in a confidential setting. There is no charge and no need to book a place in advance; just arrive shortly before half past seven. According to the group's listing, the Betty Strathern Centre does not have wheelchair access.
