Harlow Morning Free Sharing

The Friday counterpart to Harlow's Salvation Army meetings, Morning Free Sharing runs from 10.30am for an hour and a half at The Salvation Army on Tendring Road. There is no set text or theme; members simply share their experience of drinking and of staying sober, which makes the format easy to follow from your very first visit. This one is a closed meeting, meaning it is kept for people who have, or think they might have, a desire to stop drinking; anyone attending in support of someone else is asked to try an open AA meeting, such as the Monday lunchtime session at the same venue. Wheelchair access has not been confirmed. It is free, and no booking is ever needed.
