Garangad

The Garangad group meets every Friday at 7.30pm on Roystonhill in Glasgow, running for about an hour and a half. This is a closed AA meeting, meaning it is intended for people who share a desire to stop drinking rather than an open session for family, friends or professional visitors. Friday evenings in this format tend to draw a mix of regulars and those newer to the fellowship, and the group follows the usual pattern of readings, sharing and mutual support common to AA. Wheelchair access is available at the venue on Roystonhill, so anyone using a wheelchair should be able to get in without difficulty. There is no fee for attending and no booking process at all; simply arrive shortly before 7.30pm.
