Online-only session on Mondays other than the first of the month; not held on bank holidays
About this meeting
The Brighton and Hove Gam-Anon group meets online on Monday evenings at 7.15pm, UK and Ireland time, for an hour and a half, on Mondays other than the first of the month, and it does not run on bank holidays. Gam-Anon is for people affected by someone else's gambling, not for the person who gambles, giving partners, parents, adult children and friends a place to talk about the impact that gambling has had on them. Being an online-only session under the Brighton and Hove banner, it can be joined from anywhere rather than only by people local to that area. Anyone affected by another person's gambling is welcome, whether the situation is recent or long-running. Joining details are on Gam-Anon's own meeting page, and there is no cost to attend.
